Mediation is a first key. You have to keep your ego besides, if you never did and don’t like then try it once as stress reliever. Start meditation at early in the morning.  Focus on meditation be thankful in every moment of life.

Thankfulness-

Being thankful in every moment it will bring you such a unique experience you never had. Start doing and feel the difference but you have to do it heartily, spend time on heartily thanksgiving. Thankful for your life to the lord,  as spend time speaking with him surely it will make huge difference.

Forgive & forget  

As you start being thankful in every moment you will feel relaxed. If you found yourself with inner peace then you will easily forgive and forget things, as you forgive you will feel relaxed its better to leave to live limitless life. If you have anger on your loved one then how many days you will stick on those thoughts, words which made you upset? You will definitely speak with i know them then why you hold that thoughts too long.

It depends upon how you hold your attention towards fear. You can calm the feeling by mediation. it will help you to overcome on fear because you already overcome on your negativity. Meditation will give you the strength to deal with it. People who have positive attitudes are successful because they keep trying after others give up

Let go the things

When you learn how thoughts and all negativity hold you back from who you really are, then you will start your empowering  journey,& limitless.You never get tired of things or works doesn’t matter how long you work in a day how much stress you will have.  This is how the positive & limitless life begins beyond the limits.
