THE MAGIC FORMULA OF SUCCESS
If, on the one hand, complaints, criticisms and justifications lead successful achievement of projects to the "hole", on the other hand, gratitude is the special ingredient, the magic formula for you to always achieve more, and above all, enjoy the who conquered. As soon as you wake up in the morning, focus on writing down situations, things, or people you are grateful for. Do this by writing, item by item, tuning in to the blessing of having what you have, living the experiences you do, and achieving what you've achieved. Immerse yourself in that joy daily. Also, develop the habit of contemplating things. Rejoice in the beauty of the glass from which you drink water. Deeply appreciate the thoughtfulness of a friend who invited you to his home for dinner. When you receive a gift from someone, look deeply into their eyes and revere their kindness in considering them about to buy a gift. Feel the happiest of people for getting this gift. Praise and contemplate the quality of the people around you, in your family, at your work or among your friends. Think of each person close to you as a blessing. Take a few minutes to focus only on the qualities of the people around you. When a service provider answers you with something you really need, express your gratitude that person exists. When driving on a road, contemplate the blessing of being able to drive with ease. On a cold night, give thanks with a heart full of love for the blessing of a warm blanket, a good bath, or a cozy home. If something doesn't go very well with your lunch, your workday, or the conversation you're having, try to find something that you can find positive points in, and focus on that until your personal energy improves. In doing so, you do not become alienated, nor do you ignore the problems of the world, but choose to tune in to events that continue to bring you successively more situations that you will be grateful for having or experiencing. Create a mechanism to never forget to do this practice. Set your cell phone to wake up twice a day with the gratitude reminder, write in your diary or diary everything you are grateful for. Leave a reminder at the head of the bed or create your own system. The important thing is that you maintain this practice regularly.
