Courage Is A Key To Overcome Fear
Every story, no matter which, has a beginning, a middle and an end. Life is not very different and living in the present has never been more precious and that is why it is heard around all the time that valuing the now is an urgency. We leave so much for later that there is often no time to go back. The present moment carries with it the past time, but that does not mean that you can always go back. I am not talking about tragedies and fatalities, but about life in general. Everything you can do now, if your heart tells you to, do it. Osho said something very interesting about this:
"The word courage is very interesting. It comes from the Latin root color, means "heart". So being brave means living with the heart. And the weak, only the weak, live with their heads; fearful, they create logic-based security around them. In fear, they close all windows and doors - with theology, concepts, words, theories - and inside those doors and windows, they hide.
The Heart path is the path of courage. It is living in insecurity, it is living in love and trust, it is facing the unknown. It is leaving the past behind and letting the future be. Courage is to follow dangerous roads. Life is dangerous. And only cowards can avoid danger - but then they are already dead. The person who is alive, really alive, will always face the unknown. The danger is there, but she will take the risk. The heart is always ready to face risks; the heart is a player. The head is a businessman. She always calculates - she is cunning. The heart never calculates a thing."
How do you compare your reality with the quote above? I, in particular, understand that there is a natural rise within the many walks that we go through throughout life. Be it at work, in relationships, in personal strategies, etc. Each knows when to close one door to open others. Being aware of the finitude of things is an act of courage. Courage to face the unknown and throw yourself into the world.
Currently we live in quarantine and self-care and awareness of the responsibility we should have with others has never been more important. When we take care of ourselves, we also take care of the other and so we build a much safer and more responsible environment. In our choices throughout life, we need to know when to face new challenges, like the one we are experiencing right now.
To act with courage is to open yourself up to the new, although this new one is often difficult (and often painful), but I will tell you something: after a storm, the sun always comes out. The learnings that we will have from now on will be taken with us for the rest of our lives and this, in a way, is eternal. Trust yourself and fly. I am not afraid, you have never been so prepared!
I dedicate this article to all people who are reaching new horizons, closing doors and opening others. Don't be afraid to start a new journey. Have clarity, prudence and focus to achieve what you want. Use everything you've learned in the past to keep growing today and tomorrow. Everything is finite for the new to come, this is the path of courage
